I have one year left in my 20s and I going to make the most of it. The past year has been filled with life changes for me. I was married, bought a house, and had a baby. Tons of stress, but more joy then I ever could have imagined. I am really going to have to step it up to make this coming year better then last.
This coming year I am going to be finding my way as a new wife and mother. I know it is going to be challanging trying to discover how I will fit into each of these roles, but I am sure that with effort and patiance it will all come into place.
I will be joining a gym and eating healthy so that I can get in shape and set a good example for my daughter. I want her to be active and healthy. I am so tired of seeing over weight children all over the place.
I will also be pushing myself out of my little hermit shell and getting out there to meet some new people. I have lived in this city for 4 years now and have made very little to no effort at all to meet people. I plan on joining the gym and some community activities with my daughter.
I am committed to eating healthy and watching what chemicals we expose our family to. I strongly believe that many of the allergies and illnesses people are suffering from are do to all the unnatural stuff we expose our bodies to.
In summary I am making a commitment to:
eat healthy
exercise regularly
make new friends
